DISQUIET: Sound/Art festival

Client: Student project Year: 2014 Involvement: Designer The brief: To create a campaign to promote a sound art event in Berlin and open the scene up to new audiences.

EVENT BRANDING AND COLLATERALS
I designed the campaign specifically to intrigue people interested in new and edgy entertainment, those willing to broaden their horizons and who like to try new things. The name and identity of the event were designed to convey the concept that sound can be perceived as either noise or art. The chosen imagery supports and reinforces this concept.
BRANDED EVENT POSTERS
People perceive sound differently; someone hears art whilst another hears noise. One thing for sure is, it's not quiet. It is Dis-quiet.
EVENT WEBSITE HOMEPAGE
The imagery choosen serves as a vehicle to challenge the audience to open their minds and to entice them to try out a new experience.
EVENT WEBSITE SUBPAGES
Designing the subsequent web pages involved not only drawing up the iconography and imagery but also planning the user journey and structuring the site's overall information architecture.
EVENT MOBILE WEBSITE
In a true mobile era, the website is responsive and can be scaled down to mobile phone size without losing any functionality.
