TIME TRAVELER'S WIFE — Book cover
Client: College assignment Year: 2014 Involvement: Designer The brief: A book cover for The Time Traveler’s Wife. The novel is both a romance and a science fiction adventure about the involuntary time traveler and his romantic ties to his wife.
Solution
To convey the essence of the book I undertook a photographic exploration of hand-cut type and nylon strings centred around a silhouetted woman.
The image is a photograph of white nylon strings that are anchored around the camera lens at one end and in a cut-out of a woman at the other end.
